Willie Stewart Is A Reggae Ambassador By Olivier Stephenson Known for his distinct style and drum licks from his days in the band Third World, Willie Stewart’s drumming was well demonstrated on the group’s hit song Now That We Found Love back in the late ‘70s.With more than two decades with Third World and nearly four decades as a musician, since departure from the band in 1997, Stewart has gone on to refine his talents as a drummer/percussionist/songwriter and he terms a music technologist, programmer, music instructor, facilitator through his company Solutions in Music, Corp., presents his Percussion Stress Relief workshops that he has been conducting in South Florida for that past several years. |

Tony later became one of the founding members of the Reggae group "BLOOD FIRE" which performed at Reggae Sunsplash in Jamaica in 1982. While in the group "BLOOD FIRE" Tony perfonned as opening acts for some of the World's most famous reggae artists such as Jimmy Cliff, Third World, Steel Pulse, Gregory Issacs, and The Mighty Diamonds,JC Lodge to name only a few.
